How Lone Star Liquor Licensing Helps

When you are approved, we present your application to the TABC. The TABC goes over your application, prepares an interview with you, and performs an inspection on the venue where the alcoholic beverages are sold. Lone Star Liquor Licensing returns once the TABC approves your application. During that time, we take the judge's order to the County judge for a court to set a date for your hearing.

Once a County judge approves your application, we retrieve it to make the necessary payments to the tax assessor. Finally, your completed application is delivered to the TABC where they will complete the process.
