If you are A Wholesaler, Importer or Distributor, A Federal Basic Permit issued by The Department Of The Treasury is required in conjunction with state permits issued by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. While there is no fee required from the Department of Treasury for these permits, you will be required to submit an application.
