Tobacco Sales Permit

Businesses operating in retail or wholesaling of tobacco products in the state of Texas are required by the state's comptroller's office to have a permit. A retail level permit is $180.00 every two years beginning June 1st of even-numbered years. New permits issued after are prorated monthly.
